The West Allis Community Impact Partnership and Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that was created to support our community during times of need and beyond.
Our mission is to strengthen West Allis through high-impact philanthropy, grassroots grantmaking, and community-inspired initiatives. We aim to increase civic engagement, cultivate local leadership, and leverage community resources to enhance the quality of life for all residents.
Katie Kaluzynski has worked as Director of Professional Services at PS Companies, a West Allis based recruiting and staffing firm, since 2007. She grew up in West Allis and has been a long-time resident. She has completed two ENGAGE educational and leadership series offered by the City of West Allis and helped support a community art project started with fellow ENGAGE alumni. She is committed to finding new ways to serve her community and looks forward to the potential of the West Allis Community Impact Partnership and Foundation.
As a new resident of West Allis, Christopher looked for ways to get involved to support his new community and happened upon the Foundation while participating in the West Allis ENGAGE workshop His experience as a project/product manager and system admin fits in with the needs of the board. During his spare time Christopher likes to support small businesses around West Allis, work on numerous side businesses, and relax with meditaion and video games.
Lauren North serves as the secretary for the West Allis Foundation and is a proud resident of West Allis. As an Ear, Nose, and Throat physician at the Medical College of Wisconsin, she brings commitment to service, collaboration, and community well-being to the board. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the city’s parks, supporting small businesses, and staying engaged in the community she calls home.
Pam Zorko serves as Community President of WaterStone Bank’s West Allis–Greenfield Avenue branch and brings more than 18 years of banking experience. She is passionate about helping people achieve their financial goals and building strong relationships within the community.
A dedicated West Allis advocate, Pam serves as Treasurer of the West Allis Community Impact Partnership & Foundation and the After-Hours Rotary Club of West Allis. Pam also serves on the boards of the Wauwatosa/West Allis Chamber of Commerce and West Allis/West Milwaukee Crime Stoppers and volunteers on the West Allis Christmas Parade Committee. In her spare time, Pam enjoys spending time with her rescue dog, Presley, and supporting local businesses.
Nancy Melcher ties much of her personal and professional well-being to her upbringing in West Allis. Born, educated and rooted in this community helped shape her values of faith, hard work, good neighbors, service and a wholesome, middle-class lifestyle.
Nancy is an Entrepreneur, Business Owner ( MOR Strategy Partners ) and Consultant who assists and advises other employers seeking to optimize their partnerships with their employees.
Nancy is committed to helping organizations and individuals grow/prosper through innovative engagement opportunities and advanced partnership strategy.
Terese Beauchamp brings extensive leadership experience in healthcare, community education, and organizational development to her role on the Board of Directors. She serves as Manager of Community and Patient Relations at Aurora West Allis Medical Center, where she supports community wellness, patient education, and specialty care initiatives.
A licensed physical therapist, Terese holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh and is passionate about advancing health equity, strengthening community partnerships, and improving access to wellness services for individuals and families.
Suzanne Singh serves as the Community Engagement Manager for the City of West Allis, where she leads efforts to strengthen civic engagement, collaboration, and community pride. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration and brings extensive experience in nonprofit and public service leadership.
Beyond her civic work, Suzanne is an accomplished musician and recording artist active in Milwaukee’s music scene. Her work reflects a unique blend of creativity, service, and dedication to building vibrant communities.
